Or maybe the airballed jump shot…
Or maybe the airballed layup over the backboard that was actually so bad that it’s now hidden somewhere in the dark internet like a cryptex that self-erases itself if a self-loathing Knicks fan attempts to search for it.
Or maybe the layup that went off the top of the backboard
Or really any of the one hundred thousand trillion layups Joakim missed this season. Really, any of them could work.
But my personal favorite was every shot I took to cope with watching this team that kept me from taking one last shot directly to the face.
