Um… what exactly did you think was going on here folks? She’s so pregnant she tried to pee and her water probably broke on that stick. This couple’s looking for a (+) or a (-) and instead it’s gonna show an arrow pointing in the direction of the nearest hospital. What is this mic broken or something? Thanks folks, tip your waiters.

P.P.S.   I searched for the picture on google and I think this is the real ad which I guess is a tiny bit more normal. Still doesn’t change the fact that if you’re this far down the road I’d probably drive right past that CVS and head to your OBGYN.
