We’re back baby. Better Call Saul Season 2. When you think about it, season 2 just kind of snuck up on us here. I’ve seen little to no promo, haven’t watched a second of previews, and short of this Odenkirk clip I probably would’ve gone until Monday not knowing it was the premier.
I like this clip because it at least somewhat captures the absurdity of having Breaking Bad attached to this show. That idea of “how the fuck does this all lead to Walter White?” looms over every scene. You feel like you should see how it all plays out, yet I have no idea what they’re going to do with the storyline until it actually happens. The only predictable thing here is that Jimmy and Mike don’t die. That’s it.
Anyways, looking forward to season 2. I don’t know if it’ll warrant a recap blog, but we’ll see when we get there.
