120,000 votes. That’s it. Come on guys, we can do this. It’s so easy. Just go on every social media outlet and type Kristaps Porzingis #NBAVote as many times as you possibly can, retweet everyone else who tweets that, and go on NBA.com and vote there too. Think about everything Kristaps has done for you and I these last three months. This is the least we can do for him.
Now look, of course it sucks that he’d be replacing Melo. Melo deserves that starting spot now more than ever. Can’t say enough about his play this year and what he’s done for the confidence of this team. Iso Melo is a lazy asshole who wouldn’t even crack my top 25. Ball Movement Melo is a top 10 player that can go toe-to-toe with almost anyone in the league. The difference is astounding, and these last 7 games– including last night’s loss while he was out–show just how awesome he’s been this year.
But guess what, he’s still making the All Star team. He’ll still be voted in by the coaches on the bench. You know who won’t get the coaches vote? Kristaps. Because despite how much better of an all-around player he already is than Millsap (ate his lunch a few nights ago), Drummond, and Love, the coaches ain’t giving a rookie one of those roster spots over any of them. KP needs to get that last frontcourt spot from the Fan Vote, and we need to make that happen. Join us in making that happen.

P.S. Think of how crazy it is that Alan Rickman dies and I see that Vine on the exact same day that I’m also thinking about the Vote or Die thing when I saw the Kristaps tweet. What are the odds of that? Maybe nobody else cares about that besides me, but I can’t get over it. Crazy stuff.
